This website (www.cassimiami.com) is owned and operated by Design District Associates, LLC, with its subsidiaries and affiliates, (the “Company”), and is being provided for preliminary information purposes only. This website is meant to be used as an overview of the Cassi Miami residential rental project (the “Project”), and in no way whatsoever should the information contained in herein be relied on for financial, tax, accounting, investment, business or legal advice. All items are subject to modification, change and/or being withdrawn at any time in the sole discretion of the Company. Your use of this website constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms, you may not access or use this website.
1. User Account. Depending on the services or data you seek access to on this website, the Company may request that you register and set up an account with/without a password (“Account”). You agree and acknowledge that you will not allow others to utilize your Account and that you will not disclose your password to anyone. 8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to the website and services therein, Your violation of these terms and conditions, your violation of any rights of a third party, including, but not limited to, claims of: infringement of third party intellectual property rights or rights of privacy and publicity, claims of defamation, as well as your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Design District Associates, LLC, is an Equal Housing Opportunity company, which means regarding the Project, Design District Associates, LLC (as well as all of our affiliated entities and employees) shall comply with the Fair Housing Act and other applicable federal, state and local anti-housing discrimination laws. The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing because of: Race, Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, Disability. If there are any additional state or local jurisdictions which have additional fair housing laws and more protected classes, Design District Associates, LLC is responsible for complying with those laws and regulations as well.
All rental properties identified in the Project are subject to the federal Fair Housing Act and its state law counterparts. Design District Associates, LLC will not knowingly permit or allow any discriminatory conduct in the rental of its properties that violates applicable law. Complaints concerning discriminatory practices in housing may be filed with the local office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) or by calling HUD toll free at 800-669-9777 (voice) or 800-927-9275 (TDD). HUD maintains extensive fair housing information on the internet which can be accessed on the internet at http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/fair_housing_equal_opp/FHLwas.
10. General. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami Dade County, Florida. Company may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating or revising this posting, with the revised terms and conditions taking effect as of the date of its posting. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes on the website will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
